Simply upload your image and enter your preferences. Our AI technology analyses your body type and style to create a virtual model of how different outfits will look on you. From there, you can choose your favourite and connect with a human stylist for further customisation.

What kind of customisation does Fittora offer?

Every outfit is tailored to your unique needs, we make everything to measure and you can customize literally any aspect of your garment. After selecting an Al-generated design, you'll work with a personal stylist to ensure every detail, from fit to fabric, is perfect for you.

How long does the process take from design to delivery?

Once you've finalised your custom design with the help of our in-house technology and stylist, the crafting process typically takes a few weeks. Each piece is carefully curated to ensure it meets the highest standards of luxury and personalisation.

Is Fittora eco-friendly?

Yes! At Fittora, we are committed to sustainability. We follow ethical production practices, as everything is made-to-order so we don't waste any stock and therefore don't contribute to fashion landfills. 90% of our fabrics are also certified organic, recycled or low impact. We also have lots of exciting plans surrounding sustainability, as we want to be a leader is this space.

Is Fittora available for everybody?

Yes! No matter your age, style, size or background. We personalize every garment and outfit to each individual.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to register with us for the following benefits: track your orders and review past purchases, add pieces you love to your favourites, access your saved Al outfit generations to revisit styles curated by you and for you to be able to chat to your stylist and have a history of all your conversations.

I am having trouble logging in. How do I change my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the “forgot password” instructions on the “Sign In” page.

Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are dispatched from our global tailoring studios. We have dedicated teams in Sydney, London, and Mohali. Once your packages are on their way, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment, keeping you updated every step of the journey.

How can I exchange or return an item or get a refund?

If you would like to request a refund for an item delivered, you can initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our Customer Support team with the reason for the necessary refund, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. If you wish to exchange faulty products, you have up to 30 days from receipt to get in touch with us. Provide your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you're fully satisfied with the resolution.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

You’ll have the flexibility to make adjustments to your outfit in collaboration with your assigned stylist. However, once your order is finalised and placed, further changes won’t be possible.

What payment method can I use to purchase online?

We accept payment via debit/credit cards and Apple Pay.

Can I speak to someone about my order?

How do I know what size to order?

Give us your rough size, we will then ask for your measurements (use our measurement guide if you need some help knowing how to measure yourself properly). Every garment is made-to-measure.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s journey directly on the courier’s website.

Am I speaking to a human stylist?

Yes, once you place your order on the stylist chat (operated by a human stylist) you will then be allowed to book a session with one of our professional stylists for a more in-depth consultation and discussion around your measurements and any other design preferences you might have.

Can I buy an item that is not on the website or AI generated?

Yes, you can technically design any item that you want. Speak to a stylist and we will help you bring your vision to life.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is crafted to order. Garments are typically delivered within 7–10 days from confirmation of your measurements and design. Your stylist will provide updates throughout the process and share your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How will I know my order status?

Your stylist will personally keep you informed at every stage, from tailoring to shipment. You can also log in to your online account to view progress, shipping details, and expected delivery dates.

Can I access my account if I’ve forgotten my password?

Yes simply select “Forgot Password” on the login page, and follow the link sent to your registered email. If you still have trouble, contact your stylist or email hello@fittora.com, and our concierge team will assist you promptly.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you need to adjust measurements, fabrics, or design details, contact your stylist within 12 hours of confirming your order. Because every garment is made to measure, changes can only be made before production begins.

What if my garment needs adjustment after delivery?

Your stylist will help you review the fit once your piece arrives. Minor refinements are included in our service, simply connect via your private stylist chat, and we’ll arrange alterations to ensure your fit is flawless.

Do you accept returns?

Each garment is custom-made and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If any issue arises with fit or craftsmanship, your stylist and tailor will resolve it through adjustments or remakes where required.

Fittora, a fashion startup, has launched an AI powered, made to order tailoring platform. Using selfies, the app can calculate a customer’s exact measurements to create one of a kind items.

Delivered within six weeks, tailored items will start at prices between £80 and £130, as Fittora claims to make “tailored luxury” accessible.

Consumers can also choose to add personalized touches such as embroidery, monograms, or other details.

Fittora also offers AI powered style recommendations based on occasion, colour choice and an upload of their style inspiration. Experienced stylists will also fine-tune each AI powered selection.

This arrives as one in three clothing items are returned due to poor fit, according to Shopify’s 2024 Fashion Industry Report. Fittora says its innovation can tackle this issue head one, by ensuring customers get perfectly tailored items, without needing to visit a fitting room.

The fashion industry is also notoriously wasteful, with data from Boston Consulting Group estimating a global total of 120 tonnes of textile waste in 2024.

Fittora says its on-demand model can eliminate overproduction with its waste-free model and sustainable fabrics. Items can also be repaired or restyled after 12 months, extending their life cycle.
