• If we cannot supply the product: In the event that, after the issue of the order acknowledgment, we find that we are in a position not to supply the particular product that you ordered, you will be notified of this situation, and you will not be charged for the product. This may for instance be because the product is no longer available for reasons we could not anticipate, or because of a major issue such as an incorrect price or description.

For your security, we employ face-swapping technology while maintaining your unique essence. All visualizations are illustrative only and may not depict the corresponding physical layout to scale.
• Artisan Services: Fittora works with various skilled suppliers to offer quality products and services.

3. Our Products

• Products may vary slightly from their pictures: Despite our best efforts to show you the colors as realistically as possible, we cannot ensure that your device shows the colors of the products accurately. Your product may look slightly different from the images as these products are individually handcrafted.
• Making sure your measurements are accurate: Please ensure that your size and fitting are correct before placing your order.
• Products supplied for private use: We only supply products for personal and private use. You must not use our products for commercial or business purposes, nor resell or offer to resell the products for financial gain.

4. Your Rights to Make Changes

If you would like to delete, modify, or change the product on your order, please contact us. If possible, we will inform you about any alteration of the price, supply timing, or other relevant details and ask you whether you want to proceed with the change.

5. Providing the Products

• Delivery costs: The delivery charges will be as listed on the Fittora website/app and may differ according to the manner you select for delivery. Customers will be charged any local duties or taxes incurred at the country of destination.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control: If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

6. Price and Payment

The price of the product will be the one shown on the order pages at the time of placing the order. We accept most credit and debit cards as a form of payment. Payment for products as well as delivery charges must be made in full when ordering the products.
